All of our products are made to order. If you are ordering a personalized product, please make sure to read the instructions found on the product page. we send it to production. No changes or cancellations can be made once the blanket is in production.
Once your order is submitted it is entered into production and changes and cancellations cannot be accommodated - we are sorry, no exceptions. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible and as a result, orders begin production immediately. All Orders Final
In order to ship as quickly as possible, we do not normally provide proofs. Your item will be exactly as you order it. If you would like to see a proof, please email us at thekayaboutique@gmail.com and request that. We'll be happy to provide it.

When will I receive my order?
Domestic (US) shipping normally takes up to 3 - 5 business days. Delivery may take longer to outside of mainland U.S such as Hawaii.
Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include US holidays.
Where will my order ship from?
While we work with multiple production partners, all our products are made and shipped from USA
If I order multiple items, will they be shipped together?
If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different boxes and on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Contact your local post office and obtain time and place the package was delivered to.
Ask your neighbors if they saw it get it delivered. It may have been delivered to a neighbor too, so it doesn't hurt to ask.
If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a police report.
If your package is not delivered within 10 business days, it means it was probably lost in the mail. Contact us with your order number at thekayaboutique.com.
All of our products are made to order so we don't offer returns or exchanges unless the items that you have received are damaged or faulty.
If any of these apply, please send us an email to thekayaboutique@gmail.com with an order number, description and a photo of the item within the 7 days of receiving it and we will replace your item or offer a full refund.
